Non-resident property buying

As long as I can remember, non-residents have been buying property in Marbella. Spain is part of the EEC and they actively encourage people from abroad to purchase property in Spain. Either for a holiday home or to live there. This obviously brings a large amount of wealth and work to the country.

Apart from active the government's motivation for foreigners, the obvious reasons involve the quality of life in Spain. You will find that life is of a much higher quality than in any other northern country. The climate enjoyed by people living here is second to none! With around 330 days of sun in Marbella you will be sure to enjoy life!
